Here are the Steps required for us to help you remotely.

• Please be sure you have contacted us first  +64-9-267 4294. 
  

• You will need the remote control module -- Click here to open it.  Select Open or Run when prompted.

• Once you see this screen, double click on the 1st option, unless otherwise instructed.

• In your system tray, you will see a yellow icon, it will switch to a green icon once we have connected with you.
  
  
• This process will enable us to take control of your system.  Note: Once the session has ended, we cannot automatically reconnect -- you would need to re-initiate the connection, so you may wish to save the download to your desktop instead of selecting "open" or "run" from #2 above.

• The Remote module, when no longer in the system tray, will automatically be completely removed from your system.
