Akron now offers online support using remote control software to
temporarily take control of your computer. Customers can benefit from a
faster response time - often no prior booking is required, and cheaper
costs.
Working broadband is required for this service, and not all problems
can be solved this way - obviously internet connection problems ad
hardware issues cannot be solved using this service. Prior approval is
also required for online support - existing customers are pre-approved.
